Bodyscapes, Silhouettes, and Abstract Art
My boudoir and figure photography customers often want something a little more abstract and anonymous to hang on their walls. They’ll usually get a beautiful album with other photos from their session, and then for the walls they choose image that don’t put them “out there” so much. That’s where bodyscapes, silhouettes, and other abstract images come in.
This blog post is here to give you some ideas along these lines. The term “bodyscape” is used by photographers in different ways, though it is most traditionally used to represent a more abstract image that might look like a landscape of rolling hills or sand dunes. Silhouettes use varying lighting techniques to put much of the body in shadow leaving outlines or partial lighting of the body. These techniques can all be used in varying degrees for creative images. These are all forms of artistic nude figure photography.

I have worked with more photographers than I can count since I was 14 years old.
By far Denny Fenbers is one of the best photographers I have every worked with! He has a perfect combination of professional conduct and has a gift for making you feel not only comfortable, but actually enjoy the session! I highly recommend Denny for any type of photos, but if you are considering something a little on the risky side, I would trust him with any of my loved ones.
